Bereit, Dein Know\-how endlich in der Praxis einzusetzen \- dort, wo Innovation, Geschmack, Qualität und Compliance zusammenkommen? In diesem Praktikum wirst Du zum Dreh\- und Angelpunkt zwischen Product Management und QM/QS. Du begleitest Innovationsprojekte, pflegst wichtige Produktdaten und sorgst mit dafür, dass neue Produkte nicht nur gut schmecken, sondern auch sicher auf den Markt kommen.

Worauf Du Dich freuen kannst \- Begleitung von Innovationsprojekten von der Idee bis zur Produkteinführung \- Pflege und Koordination von Produktdaten als Schnittstelle zwischen PM \& QM/QS \- Erstellen von Deklarationen \& Prüfung von Druckdaten \- Unterstützung bei Produktfreigaben und Teilnahme bei HACCP\-Sitzungen \- Organisation und Durchführung von Degustationen \- Bearbeiten von Kundenreklamationen \- Vielseitige Aufgaben im administrativen Bereich

Was Du mitbringst \- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Alternativ befindest Du Dich aktuell noch im Studium \- Interesse an Produktentwicklung, Lebensmittelsicherheit, Lebensmittelrecht und Qualitätsmanagement \- Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative \- Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen \- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
