Wenn du das mit bürokratisch, «beamtig» und langweilig verwechselst, legen wir aber Einspruch ein. Wir arbeiten immer stärker digital, organisieren uns mit neuen Arbeitsformen und geben deinen Ideen Spielraum.

Der Geschäftsbereich Recht und Koordination der Steuerverwaltung des Kantons Bern bietet Juristinnen und Juristen (MLaw) ein 6 Monate dauerndes Praktikum an. Dieses Praktikum ist gemäss Art. 4 Abs. 2 der Verordnung über die Anwaltsprüfung (APV) als Verwaltungspraktikum anrechenbar.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Bearbeitung von Gesuchen um Fristwiderherstellung, Revision und Berichtigung
  • Abklärungen von Rechtsfragen im Zusammenhang mit der Veranlagung und dem Bezug von Steuern (insb. Steuerrecht inkl. Steuerstrafrecht, allg. Verwaltungsrecht sowie Schuldbetreibungs\- und Konkursrecht)
  • Unterstützung in Steuerjustizverfahren vor der Steuerrekurskomission, dem Verwaltungsgericht und dem Bundesgericht
  • Fachinformationen der Steuerverwaltung weiterentwickeln
  • Teilnahme an Sitzungen und Besprechungen

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Jus\-Studium (MLaw); Erste juristische Praktikumserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Du hast Interesse am Steuerrecht, am Verwaltungsrecht und die Bereitschaft, dich im Steuerrecht weiterzubilden
  • Du bist analytisch, verfügst über vernetztes Denken und hast einen sicheren und adressatengerechten Schreibstil
  • Du zeigst gerne Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
