* Formazione di livello terziario (università, SUP) in corso o conseguita recentemente (bachelor o master), preferibilmente in economia, informatica di gestione, costruzioni digitali o in un ambito affine * Interesse per i processi lavorativi digitali, l'organizzazione dei progetti e i temi legati alla digitalizzazione nel settore delle costruzioni e degli immobili; capacità di lavorare in modo strutturato e predisposizione per i lavori relativi alla documentazione e alla gestione delle conoscenze * Prime esperienze con strumenti di collaborazione, documentazione o analisi (ad es. Confluence, Excel, Power BI) costituiscono titolo preferenziale o disponibilità ad acquisirle rapidamente * Metodo di lavoro accurato, autonomo e affidabile nonché talento organizzativo * Capacità di elaborare e presentare le informazioni in modo chiaro, comprensibile e adeguato ai destinatari, sia oralmente sia per iscritto * Buone conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali

Potrà conoscere da vicino l'ambiente di progetto e di supporto dell'Amministrazione federale, collaborare a stretto contatto con diversi servizi specialistici e imparare come vengono utilizzate e ulteriormente sviluppate piattaforme digitali, processi e standard nel settore delle costruzioni e degli immobili. In questo modo potrà consolidare le proprie competenze organizzative, analitiche e comunicative e acquisire una solida base per il Suo futuro professionale.
