* Collaborare ai procedimenti penali amministrativi e ai procedimenti amministrativi, trattare altri affari giuridici nel settore di compiti del Servizio giuridico DFF * Collaborare alle domande di risarcimento del danno e di riparazione morale nei confronti della Confederazione, redigere decisioni o pareri nel quadro di queste procedure * Collaborare all'istruzione e alla preparazione delle decisioni del Consiglio federale e del Dipartimento nonché redigere pareri sui ricorsi contro le decisioni del Dipartimento * Trattare questioni relative al diritto del personale, in materia di trasparenza, in materia di appalti pubblici e concernenti le liberalità alla Confederazione * Collaborare a indagini e inchieste in procedimenti penali amministrativi ai sensi delle leggi sui mercati finanziari * Preparare processi verbali finali, decreti penali, decreti di non luogo a procedere e decisioni di abbandono ecc. * Contribuire agli affari politici, come le consultazioni degli uffici o le procedure di corapporto per il capo del dipartimento

* Conseguimento con voti sopra la media di un titolo universitario in ambito giuridico, con l'obiettivo di conseguire la patente di avvocato * Interesse per il diritto in materia di mercati finanziari, il diritto penale, amministrativo e in materia di responsabilità civile; volontà ad approfondire fattispecie complesse * Spirito d'iniziativa e di gruppo, tenacia e doti di sintesi; buone capacità redazionali * Conoscenze di base della presentazione dei conti, della stesura di bilanci nonché dei prodotti finanziari o disponibilità ad acquisirle * Ottime conoscenze di due lingue ufficiali e dell'inglese

Lei fornirà supporto ai collaboratori del Servizio giuridico del DFF e si occuperà di un'ampia gamma di tematiche relative al diritto in materia di responsabilità dello Stato e al diritto penale (dei mercati finanziari).

La Segreteria generale del Dipartimento federale delle finanze (SG-DFF) è l'organo di Stato maggiore centrale del Dipartimento e comprende le Divisioni Stato maggiore, Comunicazione, Risorse, Servizio giuridico, Digitalizzazione/TIC, Delegata federale al plurilinguismo e Amministrazione digitale svizzera (ADS).
