Du möchtest Pricing nicht nur verwalten, sondern aktiv gestalten? In dieser Schlüsselfunktion entwickelst du unsere Preisstrategie, schaffst klare Strukturen und etablierst nachhaltige Pricing\-Prozesse für die Schweiz und internationale Märkte. Du denkst analytisch, hinterfragst Bestehendes und bringst Struktur in komplexe Zusammenhänge? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du entwickelst die Preisstrategie, Preisstrukturen und Pricing\-Modelle
  • Analyse von Markt\-, Kunden\-, Wettbewerbs\- und Margendaten
  • Du stellst eine konsistente und nachvollziehbare Preislogik über Produkte, Märkte und Vertriebskanäle sicher
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Preis\- und Stammdaten
  • Du überprüfst und aktualisierst Verkaufspreise unter Berücksichtigung von Markt\-, Kosten\- und Währungsentwicklungen
  • Aufbau und Rollout von Pricing\-Prozessen in der Schweiz und international
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, Vertrieb, Controlling und weiteren Schnittstellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung (HF/FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Pricing\-, Produkt\- oder Datenmanagement sowie ERP\-Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenverständnis sowie eine strukturierte und logische Denkweise
  • Freude daran, Strukturen aufzubauen und Menschen für Veränderungen zu gewinnen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise gekoppelt mit Pragmatismus in der Umsetzung, Konsequenz und Durchhaltevermögen
  • Souveränes Auftreten und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
  • Empathie, Resilienz, Eigenständigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, ösisch von Vorteil
