Das erwartet dich -----------------

  • Du bist bereit ein eigenes, umfassendes Kundenbuch zu übernehmen und dieses mit und Kompetenz zu pflegen und auszubauen. Zur Verstärkung unseres bestehenden Teams suchen wir eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen.
  • Es bereitet dir Freude, deine Kundinnen und Kunden in Finanzierungs\-, Vorsorge\- und Anlagefragen zu betreuen und zu beraten.
  • Du begleitest sie bei der Finanzierung ihrer Liegenschaften (Einfamilienhäuser, Eigentumswohnungen und Mehrfamilienhäuser) und offerierst ihnen standardisierte Anlagelösungen.
  • Zusammen mit Fachstellen zeigst du deinen Kundinnen und Kunden mittels Pensionsplanungen, Einkommens\- und Vermögensplanung ihre langfristigen Perspektiven auf.
  • Zudem hast Du Freude an der Akquisition von neuen Kundinnen und Kunden.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Du bist im Begriff oder zeigst die Bereitschaft, deine bankfachliche Grundbildung mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung anzureichern (z.B. Finanzplaner\*in, HF oder FH mit Vertiefung Banking \& Finance).
  • Du wendest deine Kenntnisse im Finanzierungs\-, Vorsorge\- und Anlagebereich bereits seit mehreren Jahren in der Beratung an und überzeugst mit deiner Beratungskompetenz.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und gehst proaktiv auf Menschen zu. Du bist nicht nur Finanzdienstleister\in sondern auch Gastgeber\in.
  • Ein erfolgreicher Tag bedeutet für dich, wenn du einen regen Austausch mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden pflegen kannst, sei dies in der Geschäftsstelle oder anderswo im Rahmen unserer Work Smart Möglichkeiten.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team mit , , , , Onisha und begeistert dich ebenso wie eine selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Idealerweise fühlst du dich schon jetzt in der Region Entfelden und Umgebung zu Hause.
