In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios und führen Produkte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung. Sie arbeiten eng mit strategischem Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing, Logistik, Finanzen und Qualitätssicherung sowie unseren internationalen Gesellschaften zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

Produktstrategie und Sortiment

  • Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement der zugewiesenen Haushaltsgerätekategorien über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Analyse von Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnissen, Wettbewerbsprodukten und Verkaufsdaten zur Identifikation neuer Produktchancen
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Sortiments\-, Roadmap\- und Produktstrategien inklusive Empfehlungen für Neuheiten, Ersatzprodukte, Verbesserungen und Diversifikation
  • Erarbeitung von Positionierung, Preisempfehlungen und zentralen Produktargumenten in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Marketing
  • Ableitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Produktportfolios

Produktentwicklung und Markteinführung

  • Steuerung der Produktentwicklung und der operativen Umsetzung freigegebener Produktprojekte von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung in Abstimmung mit dem Global Product Manager
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Produkteinführungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und den internationalen Gesellschaften
  • Definition und Koordination von Produktanforderungen, Tests, Zertifizierungen, Verpackungen und Bedienungsanleitungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Strategic Buyer \& Controller bei der Bewertung von Herstellern, Angeboten, Kostenstrukturen und Lieferbedingungen für neue Projekte
  • Besuch von Fachmessen, Herstellern und Produktionsstandorten zur Identifikation von Produkt\- und Innovationstrends

Produktperformance und interne Unterstützung

  • Analyse von Verkaufszahlen, Reparaturstatistiken, Marktfeedback und Produktperformance sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer klaren Produktdokumentation und eines verlässlichen Informationsflusses für alle relevanten Stakeholder
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Produktauskünfte sowie Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Marketing mit Produktinformationen, Schulungen und Präsentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung und Kundendienst bei Qualitäts\- und Produktthemen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder fundierter Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im internationalen Konsumgüter\- oder Haushaltsgeräteumfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktanalysen, Produktstrategien und Produkteinführungen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungskraft
  • Sichere Kommunikation und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen internationalen Reisen
