Job description ##

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d-un/e Product Manager, basé/e au Locle. Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Développement de nouveaux produits

  • Élaborer les briefs techniques et esthétiques pour les nouveaux produits.
  • Construire les visuels en collaboration avec les designers et la Direction de la Création.
  • Assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs tout au long du processus de développement.
  • Établir les calculs produits (coûts, faisabilité) ainsi que les évaluations environnementales.
  • Suivre la planification des prototypes et des préséries.
  • Superviser la fabrication des prototypes et garantir leur conformité.
  • Coordonner la documentation technique produit avec le département Technical Design.
  • Rédiger les documents descriptifs nécessaires à la phase de lancement.
  • Réaliser une veille technologique et établir des benchmarks concurrentiels.
  • Gérer les améliorations et assurer le maintien des collections existantes.

 

Coordination du lancement produit

  • Suivre les projets de lancement et participer, en collaboration avec le département Achats, aux négociations de prix fournisseurs.
  • Définir ou adapter les critères qualité du produit.
  • Libérer les composants et les produits finis en phase de présérie.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Communication et Marketing pour soutenir le lancement.
  • Analyser les performances commerciales, notamment le sell-through.
  • Coordonner la résolution des problématiques qualité lors de la mise sur le marché.
  • Fournir le support nécessaire en matière d-information au Service Après-Vente.

Orienté·e clients et résultats, vous êtes une personne ouverte, dynamique et polyvalente. Structuré·e, fiable, précis·e et bien organisé·e, vous faites preuve d-un excellent sens des priorités. Proactif·ve et passionné·e par le développement de produits, vous appréciez travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un véritable team player. Votre communication est fluide et efficace, et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement transversal.

Professional requirements ##

  • Plusieurs années d-expérience confirmée en gestion de projets, idéalement dans l-industrie horlogère.
  • Un CFC dans un domaine technique et/ou une formation HES Bachelor en Design Industriel et de Produits constitue un atout supplémentaire.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les produits horlogers.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et idéalement Rhinoceros 3D

Languages ##

  • Français : courant
  • Allemand et anglais : bonnes connaissances orales et écrites
