Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst das Produktmanagement für unsere Linie «Interdental Brushes» und steuerst das Portfolio über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Im Bereich «Chemical Products» unterstützt du die Innovations\-Pipeline mit Fokus auf Neuproduktentwicklungen bei Zahnpasten und Mundspülungen.
  • Du erkennst Markt\-, Wettbewerbs\- und Kundentrends und leitest daraus neue Produktideen, Verbesserungen und eine zukunftsgerichtete Produktroadmap ab.
  • Du steuerst Produktentwicklungen von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen globalen Markteintritt und sorgst für eine strukturierte und zielgerichtete Umsetzung.
  • Du entwickelst das bestehende Sortiment hinsichtlich Positionierung, Marktpotenzial, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Profitabilität gezielt weiter.
  • Du übersetzt Marktbedürfnisse und wirtschaftliche Ziele in klare Produktkonzepte und überzeugende Lösungen.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Lieferanten und Entwicklungspartnern.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für produktbezogene Fragestellungen und bringst unterschiedliche interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen zusammen.
  • Du begleitest Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus, inklusive Weiterentwicklungen, Nachfolgeprodukten und Phase\-outs.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Produkt\- und Projektmanagement mit und hast bereits eigenständig Produkte oder Produktlinien verantwortet.
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Markt\- und Kundenverständnis und denkst strategisch sowie unternehmerisch.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bringst komplexe Themen konsequent voran.
  • Du koordinierst verschiedene Abteilungen, Anspruchsgruppen und externe Partner souverän.
  • Du packst Themen eigeninitiativ an und möchtest Produkte und Sortimente aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Healthcare, Medtech oder Consumer Goods ist von grossem Vorteil.
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und überzeugend auf Deutsch sowie auf Englisch.
