Die Schweizerische Zentralstelle für Baurationalisierung CRB ist das Kompetenzzentrum für Standards im Bauwesen. Im Auftrag der Schweizer Bauwirtschaft ent wickeln wir gemeinsam mit Partnern und Fachleuten aus der Praxis Arbeitsmittel für die Planung, Ausführung und Bewirtschaftung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Zürich suchen wir eine innovative Persönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben • Du verantwortest deine Produkte strategisch und wirtschaftlich – von der Produktvision und Roadmap über die Markteinführung bis zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung des Produktlebenszyklus • Du prägst die Ausrichtung deiner Produkte massgeblich: Wo positionieren wir uns, welche Kundenprobleme lösen wir, welches Marktpotenzial sehen wir – und worauf verzichten wir bewusst? • Du verstehst Produktmanagement auch als wirtschaftliche Verantwortung und kannst Marktpotenzial, Umsatz, Kosten und Investitionen in deine Entscheidungen einbeziehen • Du bist nah am Markt: Du führst Gespräche mit Kund/\-innen, Fachverbänden und Softwarepartnern und leitest daraus fundierte Produktentscheide ab • Du steuerst die interne Zusammenarbeit und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen wirksame Lösungen werden

Dein Profil • Betriebswirtschaftlicher Abschluss auf FH\- oder Universitätsstufe bzw. entsprechende Weiterbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement • Baufachliche Aus\- oder Weiterbildung oder Praxiserfahrung in der Bau\- und Planungsbranche sind von Vorteil. Entscheidend ist deine Fähigkeit, dich schnell in komplexe Fachbereiche einzuarbeiten und daraus kundenorientierte Produkte zu entwickeln • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement mit eigenständiger Verantwortung für Produkte, idealerweise im B2B\-Umfeld • Nachweisbare Erfolge darin, Produkte strategisch auszurichten und in den Markt zu bringen • Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch. Französisch\- oder Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
