AUFGABENSTELLUNG:

  • Teilprojektleitung bei der Einführung der neuen digitalen Geschäftsverwaltung (GEVER) und Migration der bestehenden GEVER\-Inhalte in der Körperschaft
  • Fachexpert/in GEVER und Ansprechperson für Key User (User) der Körperschaft
  • Informationsmanager/in für GEVER sowie Stellvertretung der Projektleitung
  • Ansprech\- und Kontaktperson für GEVER\-Anbieterin und Katholisch Stadt Zürich
  • Schnittstelle zu ICT, Datenschutz, Personal und weiteren Bereichen bei Themen mit Organisations\- und Prozessbezug
  • Monitoring der Applikations\-Performance und Auswertung von User\-Feedback
  • Lizenzverwaltung für den GEVER\-Betrieb

HAUPTAUFGABEN:

1\. Implementierung und Ausrollen neues GEVER

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Vorbereitung und Einführung der GEVER\-Applikation bei Synode, Synodalrat, Aufsichtskommission und den Dienststellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Business Analyse, Datenmigration aus der bestehenden GEVER\-Applikation und Projekt\-Kommunikation
  • Koordination mit ICT, Datenschutz, Personal und weiteren Bereichen bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit GEVER\-Bezug
  • Erstellung und Unterstützung bei der Anpassung von Prozessen/Workflows

2\.* *Daily Business GEVER

  • Hauptansprechperson bei Fragen und anwendungsbezogenem Support der GEVER\-Key User (User) im Alltag
  • Schulen, coachen und begeistern der GEVER\-User für die elektronische Aktenführung, inkl. On\- und Offboarding und Begleitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege und Priorisierung des Backlogs sowie Koordination von Releases mit der Anbieterin, inkl. Erstellung und Durchführung der User\-Kommunikation und von Anleitungen
  • Koordination mit dem Support der GEVER\-Anbieterin bei Fragen und Störungen (2nd\-Level\-Support)
  • Erfahrungsaustausch mit dem Product Owner bei Katholisch Stadt Zürich, inkl. gegenseitiger Stellvertretung
  • Sicherstellung und falls nötig Weiterentwicklung des Berechtigungs\- und Zugriffskonzepts sowie Lizenzverwaltung und \-optimierung
  • Beantragen von Budget für den laufenden Betrieb und Lizenzen sowie allfällige Weiterentwicklungen

SPEZIALAUFGABEN:

Kenntnisse in Bereichen:

  • Informationsmanagement
  • Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit (ISDS) im Kontext der GEVER\-Applikation
  • Analyse und Auswertung von Nutzungsdaten und Applikations\-Performance sowie User\-Feedbacks
  • Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement von Vorteil

KOMPETENZEN/VERANTWORTUNG:

  • Kenntnisse der Grundprinzipien des digitalen Informationsmanagements
  • Erfahrung in öffentlichen Verwaltungen
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Eigeninitiativ, geduldig und selbständig
  • analytische Denkweise und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohes Mass an Kommunikationsfähigkeit
