**Deine Aufgaben**

* Die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Steuer-E-Services und des zugehörigen Portal- und Frontend-Umfelds gestalten und gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement und dem Business Owner fachliche Ziele und den Nutzen für Bürgerinnen und Bürger konkretisieren. * Das Team Backlog transparent priorisieren und dabei den erwarteten Nutzen, steuerrechtliche Vorgaben, Abhängigkeiten und die mit dem Produktmanagement abgestimmten Prioritäten berücksichtigen. * Steuerrechtliche Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern in verständliche User Stories mit klaren, überprüfbaren Akzeptanzkriterien übersetzen. * Eng mit den Fachbereichen, der Kommunikation und dem E-Government zusammenarbeiten und die Perspektive der Endnutzerinnen und Endnutzer vertreten, unterschiedliche Interessen abwägen und dich für einfach, verständlich und intuitiv nutzbare Lösungen einsetzen.

**Dein Profil**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, E-Government, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine kaufmännische Grundbildung mit einer fundierten steuerlichen Weiterbildung (z. B. SSK1 oder vergleichbar). * Solides technisches Verständnis für Web- und Frontend-Applikationen sowie die Fähigkeit, die Anforderungen mit Entwicklung und Architektur auf Augenhöhe zu diskutieren. Ausgeprägtes Gespür für User Experience und Kundenzentrierung. * Du führst verschiedene Interessen geschickt zusammen, fällst nachvollziehbare Entscheide und kommunizierst klar und verbindlich. * Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Scrum, Kanban oder SAFe sowie in der Priorisierung von Anforderungen, der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Teams und der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte -- idealerweise als Product Owner oder Business Analyst.
