Was du bei uns bewegen kannst ##

  • Systembetreuung: Du betreust die für den Product Support relevanten Systeme und koordinierst Ticket-Anfragen effizient
  • Technische Unterstützung: Du unterstützt die Marken, Betriebe und Single Point of Contacts bei technischen / nichttechnischen Fragestellungen
  • Koordination & Organisation: Du koordinierst Fahrzeugeinsätze, unterstützt beim Schadentisch und übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft des Product Supports
  • Dokumentation: Du erstellst, übersetzt und korrigierst technische Dokumente aller Personenwagen-Marken
  • Support & Beratung: Du betreust und unterstützt Servicepartner und Werkstätte - von technischen Fragen bis zur Reparaturqualität
  • Diagnose & Technik: Du führst Diagnosen an Problemfahrzeugen durch und bist Ansprechpartner\*in für technische Anliegen, auch bei Hochvolt- und Karosseriethemen
  • Herstellerkontakt & Problemlösung: Du arbeitest eng mit den Herstellern zusammen, analysierst technische Probleme und bringst Lösungen aktiv in den Markt ein

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im automobiltechnischen Umfeld mit und verfügst über Kenntnisse unserer Marken
  • Aus- / Weiterbildung: Du verfügst über eine automobiltechnische Grundausbildung verbunden mit einer Weiterbildung zum / zur Automobildiagnostiker/-in oder Automobil-Ingenieur/-in
  • Fachkompetenz: Du hast fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Elektromobilität, alternative Antriebe sowie Fahrzeugtechnologie (Antrieb, Fahrwerk, Karosserie & Lack, etc.)
  • Digital Skills: Du arbeitest sicher mit den M365-Anwendungen und gehst routiniert mit verschiedenen Systemen, Tools und technischen Dokumenten um
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch, vorzugsweise bringst du zusätzlich Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse mit
  • Personality Fit: Du kommunizierst klar und empathisch, arbeitest selbständig und zuverlässig, denkst schnell, bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein und behältst dank deiner Affinität zu Zahlen sowie deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick
