Ihr neues Aufgabengebiet

Die VAT ist verpflichtet Instandhaltung zu betreiben und diese zu dokumentieren.

  • Gewährleisten und verbessern der technischen Anlagenverfügbarkeit
  • Führen der Instandhaltungsdokumentation
  • Auftretende Sicherheitsmängel an Produktionsanlagen beseitigen
  • Ansprechperson für Umbauten und Retrofits an den Produktionsanlagen
  • Mitwirken im Beschaffungsprozess von neuen Anlagen
  • Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern
  • Beheben von Betriebsstörungen, Stillstände und Sicherheitsmängel der Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführen von Inspektionen und Wartungen, sowie Kontroll- und Wartungsrundgänge
  • Mithilfe und Planung von Umbauten und Verbesserungen der Produktionsanlagen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Umbauten, Verbesserungen und Retrofits an den Produktionsanlagen
  • Führen und nachtragen der technischen Dokumentation
  • Bereitstellen und organisieren von Ersatzteilen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Vorbildfunktion im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters im operativem Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei der administrativen Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter

Ihre Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Talente 

  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise mit CNC-Maschinen, Reinigungsanlagen und hydraulischen Pressen
  • Erfahrung mit dem Umgang von Betriebsstörungen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Dokumentationen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder in einem verwandten mechanischen Beruf
  • Stapler und Ameisen Führerschein
  • Kenntnisse in Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Vakuum Systemen
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Herangehensweise bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnissen
  • Respektvolle, wertschätzende und offene Kommunikation
