Projekt: Für unseren Kunden, ein grosses Pharmaunternehmen mit Sitz in Kaiseraugst suchen wir einen Produktionsexperten (m/w/d) Hintergrund:

Die Abteilung Assembly Ocular am Standort Kaiseraugst ist auf die sterile Assemblierung, Etikettierung, Verblisterung und visuelle Qualitätskontrolle von hochwertigen Medikamenten in vorgefüllten Fertigspritzen spezialisiert, die für die intravitreale Anwendung (Applikation im Augapfel) bestimmt sind. Als Produktionsexperte übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der sicheren, reibungslosen und GMP\-konformen Durchführung der Fertigungsaufträge.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in:

Mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein beherrscht der ideale Kandidat die GMP\-gerechte Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen und führt nötige In\-Prozess\-Kontrollen präzise aus. Eine exakte, vollumfängliche Dokumentation und Bilanzierung von Chargen entspricht dabei seinem hohen beruflichen Standard. Zudem behält er die Anlagen\- und Prozessüberwachung stets im Blick und gewährleistet so maximale Betriebssicherheit sowie die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsrichtlinien.

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • GMP\-gerechte Produktion: Bedienung der Produktions\- und Inspektionsanlagen, Durchführung von Auftrags\- und Chargenwechsel sowie In\-Prozess Kontrollen.
  • Dokumentation: Vollständige, korrekte und zeitgerechte Dokumentation und Bilanzierung aller produktionsaufträge gemäss GMP\-Vorschrift
  • Anlagen\-\& Prozessüberwachung: Überwachung der Betriebs\- und Funktionssicherheit sowie Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits\- und Umweltvorschriften.

Must Haves:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Hohes Qualitäts\- und Regelbewusstsein; exakte Arbeitsweise nach SOPs.
  • Erfahrung in pharmazeutischer Produktion, idealerweise Verpackung
  • Routine in Reinraumklassen D und C.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Herstelldokumentationssystemen
  • Schichtarbeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) B2
  • GMP \- Erfahrung
