Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) =========================

Deine Hauptaufgaben * Gesamtverantwortung für die täglichen Produktionsabläufe in den Bereichen Filling, Assembly und Compounding * Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von rund 80–100 Mitarbeitenden * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP\-, Sicherheits\- und Qualitätsstandards * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Jahreszielen, Roadmaps und Budgets in Abstimmung mit den übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen * Übersetzung strategischer Ziele in konkrete Massnahmen und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung * Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse mithilfe von \-, TPM\- und Operational\-Excellence\-Methoden * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Planning, Quality Assurance, HR, Finance und Logistics * Aufbau und Förderung einer leistungsorientierten Unternehmenskultur sowie Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden * Verantwortung für Arbeitsanweisungen und SOPs gemeinsam mit dem Team, inklusive regelmässiger Aktualisierung und Sicherstellung der Auditbereitschaft * Verantwortung für den Operational Masterplan (OMP) im Bereich Filling \& Assembly sowie Sicherstellung der Transparenz und Umsetzung der definierten Leistungsziele * Weiterentwicklung der präventiven und autonomen Instandhaltung innerhalb der Teams * Begleitung und Steuerung von Veränderungs\- und Transformationsprojekten als aktive Führungspersönlichkeit und Change Agent * Unterstützung bei Produktneueinführungen und strategischen Standortprojekten Dein Profil * Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder höher in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich * Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise in einer GMP\-regulierten Branche * Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse * Ausgeprägte Führungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten * Erfahrung in Budgetmanagement und strategischer Planung * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und Power BI * Erfahrung mit relevanter Produktions\- bzw.
