Wir sind eine Tochtergesellschaft der V-ZUG AG. Wir entwickeln und produzieren Kühl- und Gefriergeräte sowie Weinkühler an unserem Standort in Sulgen. Dabei zählen Präzision, Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit. Genauso wichtig sind Menschen, die Verantwortung übernehmen, gemeinsam Lösungen entwickeln und kontinuierlich besser werden wollen.

Als Produktionsleiter:in übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unsere Produktion in Sulgen. Du führst fünf Teamleiter und damit indirekt rund 80 Mitarbeitende. Du sorgst für einen stabilen Produktionsbetrieb, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen Verantwortung übernehmen und sich weiterentwickeln können.

  • Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für den reibungslosen Produktionsbetrieb am Standort Sulgen und stellst die Zielerreichung in Sicherheit, Qualität, Terminen, Kosten, Produktivität und Automatisation sicher.
  • Du führst und entwickelst unsere fünf Teamleiter. Dabei gibst du Orientierung, förderst Eigenverantwortung und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für eine starke Zusammenarbeit und nachhaltige Entwicklung.
  • Du stellst eine vorausschauende Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung sicher und erkennst mögliche Engpässe frühzeitig.
  • Du steuerst und entwickelst das Shopfloor Management weiter. Abweichungen erkennst du früh und leitest gemeinsam mit den Verantwortlichen wirksame Massnahmen ein.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Personalzyklus in deinem Bereich. Dazu gehören Rekrutierung, Onboarding, Mitarbeitergespräche, Zielvereinbarungen, Leistungsbeurteilungen, Entwicklungsmassnahmen, disziplinarische Themen, Trennungsprozesse und die Mitverantwortung bei der jährlichen Lohnrunde.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit SCM, Quality, OpEx, BEX, R&D, P&C, Finance und Controlling sowie der Standortleitung zusammen. Dabei verbindest du operative Anforderungen mit übergeordneten Zielen und bringst bereichsübergreifende Themen voran.

Das bringst du für die Stelle mit ###

  • Du verbindest technisches Verständnis mit Führungskompetenz und Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
  • Du verfügst über eine technische Grundausbildung aus der Industrie und mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Produktion.
  • Du hast Erfahrung darin, grössere Teams durch Veränderungen, Hochlastzeiten und anspruchsvolle operative Situationen zu führen und bewahrst dabei den Überblick.
  • Du führst klar, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe. Du setzt Ziele, gibst Orientierung und erkennst, was deine Mitarbeitenden brauchen, um Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du kennst Produktionsprozesse aus der Praxis und verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung mit Lean-Methoden und 5S. Verbesserungen setzt du konsequent um und sorgst dafür, dass sie im Produktionsalltag nachhaltig wirken.
  • Du kommunizierst offen und situationsgerecht. Im Shopfloor genauso wie mit Schnittstellen, in der Führungsrunde oder gegenüber der Standortleitung.
  • SAP und relevante Produktionssysteme gehören für dich zum Arbeitsalltag. Du kannst dich sicher in komplexen Prozesslandschaften bewegen und dein Team im Umgang damit unterstützen.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, insbesondere im Austausch mit internationalen Schnittstellen.
