Wir sind YourStarter, ein wachsendes Schweizer Unternehmen im Lebensmittelbereich. An unserem Produktionsstandort in Oberriet produzieren und versenden wir unsere tiefgekühlten Frühstücksdrinks.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige, motivierte und lernbereite Persönlichkeit, die gerne praktisch arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und sich langfristig mit uns weiterentwickeln möchte.

Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag. Du wirst in verschiedene Bereiche eingearbeitet und übernimmst mit der Zeit selbstständig Verantwortung.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem: • Mitarbeit an unseren Produktionsmaschinen • Bedienung und Überwachung der Drink-Produktionsanlage • Mitarbeit bei der Trockeneisproduktion und Bedienung der entsprechenden Maschine • Vorbereitung und Verarbeitung verschiedener Rohwaren • Mitarbeit beim Verpacken und Versenden unserer Produkte • Warenannahme und Mithilfe bei Anlieferungen • Interne Logistik und Warenbewegungen • Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben • Je nach Eignung und Entwicklung: Übernahme von Verantwortung für einen Produktionsbereich oder Führung eines kleinen Teams

Das bringst du mit • Gute Deutschkenntnisse • Hohe Motivation und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Du bist lernfähig und kannst neue Abläufe schnell aufnehmen • Du arbeitest gerne praktisch und packst mit an • Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen • Du suchst eine langfristige Anstellung • Du kannst dir vorstellen, zukünftig ein kleines Team zu führen • Körperliche Arbeit ist für dich kein Problem • Du hast keine Angst vor Kälte – einzelne Arbeiten finden in einer Tiefkühlzelle statt • Pünktlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sind für dich selbstverständlich

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss • Erfahrung in Produktion, Lebensmittelproduktion oder Logistik • Erfahrung mit Handhubwagen bzw. elektrischer Ameise • Erfahrung mit Produktionsmaschinen • Erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden • Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger/innen sind bei uns willkommen.
