Unser Kunde, die FESTO Microtechnology AG, produziert in Pieterlen (BE) mit über 120 engagierten und motivierten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern auf modernsten teil- und vollautomatischen Fertigungsanlagen Vorsteuerungen für Pneumatik- und Piezoventile für Durchfluss- und Druckregelungen sowie direkt geregelte Proportionalventile für die Festo-Gruppe, ein deutsches Familienunternehmen mit weltweit über 20'000 Mitarbeitenden. Im Wachstumsfeld der Piezoventile stehen in den nächsten Jahren viele spannende Projekte an. Aus diesem Grund suchen wir dich zur Erweiterung des Teams: Produktionsmitarbeiter Montage Piezoventile - 100% (m/w/d) im 2-Schichtbetrieb Was dich erwartet: Du montierst und prüfst selbständig Baugruppen resp. Piezoventile Du bedienst Prüf- und Montageautomaten und rüstet diese vorgängig Du führst visuelle und funktionale Kontrollen der Baugruppen und Einzelteile durch Du hältst die geltenden Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Saubervorschriften konsequent ein Was du mitbringst: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in ähnlichen Aufgaben Du verfügst über eine gute Feinmotorik und gutes Sehvermögen, denn unsere Teile sind klein und fein. Du kannst dich gut konzentrieren, bist sorgfältig und gewissenhaft Du kannst gut mit Pinzette und Mikroskop umgehen Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B) Du bist bereit im 2-Schichbetrieb zu arbeiten (ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist unumgänglich) Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Handmontage von Kleinteilen mit Nice to have: Du hast Interesse an der Optimierung unserer Abläufe und Prozesse und beteiligst dich aktiv unserem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess Hast du noch Fragen?
