Seit 1974 entwickeln und produzieren wir ein umfangreiches Produktsortiment im Bereich Druckmesstechnik, das in nahezu allen industriellen Applikationen Anwendung findet – von der Wasser- und Umweltbranche über die Rohstoffförderung bis hin zur Luft- und Raumfahrt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Zellen-Produktion suchen wir eine:n Produktionsmitarbeiter:in Messzellenfertigung 100% (2-Schicht).

Hauptaufgaben • Herstellung von Messzellen • Bedienung und Einrichtung von Maschinen im Bereich Niederdruck-Messzellenfertigung (Die-Bonder / Wire-Bonder / Test- sowie Sondermaschinen) • Aufbau verschiedener Messzellen (Dispensieren / Montieren) • Optische und funktionelle Kontrollen (visuell unter Mikroskop / elektrisch mit Prüfgerät) • Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termine • Mitarbeit bei der Prozess- und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung (KVP / Kaizen)

Profil • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im technischen bzw. mechanischen Bereich oder langjährige Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsgebiet • Erfahrung im Bereich Sensorik von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie Erfahrung im präzisen Arbeiten unter dem Mikroskop • Bewusstsein für Qualität, Termine, Kosten und Prioritäten • Systematisches Denken und Handeln • Teamplayer:in mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
