Vos tâches

  • Vous mettez en œuvre la stratégie produit et développez nos gammes de produits de manière ciblée.
  • Vous gérez et optimisez le portefeuille de produits tout au long du cycle de vie.
  • Vous élaborez des exigences et des business cases, créant ainsi des bases solides pour la prise de décision en développement produit.
  • Vous développez des stratégies de prix et des directives de calcul, et analysez les marges, les marchés ainsi que la concurrence.
  • Vous dirigez des projets de développement et accompagnez les nouveaux produits de l'idée jusqu'au lancement réussi sur le marché.
  • Vous transmettez les connaissances produit lors de présentations, documentations et formations, et représentez l'entreprise lors de salons et événements.

Vos compétences

  • Vous disposez d'une formation technique ou commerciale achevée ainsi que d'une formation complémentaire en management produit, par exemple un CAS.
  • Vous avez au moins cinq ans d'expérience professionnelle en management produit.
  • Vous possédez une bonne compréhension de la mécanique et de l'électrotechnique ainsi qu'une forte affinité pour les applications numériques et les produits intelligents.
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, les systèmes PDM et ERP.
  • Vous agissez de manière autonome et orientée solutions, communiquez ouvertement et aimez travailler en équipe et en projets.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances en allemand et de bonnes à très bonnes connaissances en français.
