Was Sie erwartet

  • Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Produktstrategie Anlegen mit und verantworten die operative Umsetzung.
  • Sie steuern den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer bestehenden Anlageprodukte und setzen regulatorische, markt\- sowie kundenbezogene Anpassungen um.
  • Sie leiten bereichsübergreifende Projekte rund um unsere Anlageprodukte und arbeiten dabei eng mit den Fachstellen Anlegen, Banking Operations, Recht \& Compliance, Risikokontrolle, Nachhaltigkeit, Marketing, Kommunikation und IT zusammen.
  • Sie wirken fachlich an der Erstellung von Verkaufs\-, Marketing\- und internen Schulungsunterlagen mit.
  • Sie analysieren systematisch Markt\-, Kunden\-, Regulierungs\- und Wettbewerbstrends und übersetzen die Erkenntnisse in konkrete Weiterentwicklungen unserer Anlageprodukte.
  • Sie erarbeiten fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für neue Anlageprodukte und die Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Angebots.
  • Sie überwachen definierte Produktkennzahlen (KPIs), analysieren deren Entwicklung und leiten gezielte Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass produktbezogene Weisungen, Arbeitshilfen und Arbeitsanweisungen stets aktuell sind.
  • Sie unterstützen bei Audits, regulatorischen Überprüfungen und internen Kontrollen.

Was wir erwarten

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich; Weiterbildungen im Produktmanagement oder fachbezogene Zusatzausbildungen wie CFA oder CAIA sind von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Produktmanagement traditioneller Anlagen, idealerweise mit Schweizer Anlagefonds
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der für Anlageprodukte relevanten regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen in der Schweiz
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, strategisch und konzeptionell zu denken und Vorhaben wirkungsvoll umzusetzen
  • Sie arbeiten gerne interdisziplinär und teamübergreifend und entwickeln gemeinsam tragfähige, kundenorientierte Lösungen. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine pragmatische "can\-do"\-Einstellung aus und finden auch für unerwartete Herausforderungen selbständig Lösungen.
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Vergütung

* Bei der ABS haben wir ein Vergütungsmodell, das gleichen Lohn für gleichwertige Arbeit sicherstellt. Unsere Löhne sind intern transparent und wir garantieren eine Lohnspanne von maximal 1:5 zwischen dem tiefsten und dem höchsten Lohn. Für diese liegt der Jahresbruttolohn bei rund CHF 120'000\.\-. Die Einstufung erfolgt anhand von klaren und transparenten Kriterien.
