L-Alliance inclusion numérique suisse (ADIS) s-engage en faveur d-une société numérique équitable et inclusive. Fondée par de nombreux acteurs privés et publics, l-ADIS a pour objectif de promouvoir la participation numérique de toutes et tous.

L-ADIS recherche pour le début de l-année 2027 un·e ou à convenir 

Programme Manager e-ID 60 % 

La mission consiste à mettre en œuvre et à coordonner nationallement l-introduction inclusive de l-e-ID.  

La Confédération introduira l-identité électronique (e-ID) en 2027. Pour assurer le succès de cette introduction, il est important d-accompagner les personnes défavorisées sur le plan numérique et de les familiariser avec l-e-ID. Ce programme est réalisé sur mandat de l-Office fédéral de la justice et est prévu pour une durée de trois ans. 

Tâches et activités :  La/le Programme Manager est responsable de la mise en œuvre opérationnelle ainsi que du développement stratégique et conceptuel du programme. Cela comprend l-attribution de mandats à des partenaires externes et leur coordination, la coordination et l-implication des parties prenantesconcernées issues de l-administration, de l-économie et de la société civile, la communication multilingue, le controlling ainsi que le reporting au mandant. La/le Programme Manager développe le programme avec les actrices et acteurs impliqués et veille à la coordination entre les différents groupes d-intérêts au niveau national. Elle collabore également au sein du secrétariat de l-ADIS. Le comité directeur accompagne le programme en tant que groupe de pilotage. 

Ton profil : 

  • Intérêt et compréhension pour l-inclusion numérique, l-accessibilité et la participation numérique 
  • Expérience dans la conduite, la budgétisation et  la mise en œuvre de projets ou de programmes complexes, de préférence avec plusieurs partenaires externes 
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand et du français; la maîtrise d-autres langues nationales constitue un atout
  • Expérience dans la gestion des parties prenantes et plaisir à collaborer av ec différents acteurs issus de l-administration, de l-économie et de la société civile 
  • Capacité à mettre en œuvre un programme sur le plan opérationnel tout en le développant sur les plans stratégique et conceptuel
  • Expérience pratique de la communication et aisance en public 
  • Méthode de travail autonome 
  • Esprit d-équipe et plaisir à collaborer avec des groupes d-intérêts variés
  • Engagement et capacité d-adaptation
