The posting

Per azienda industriale strutturata e orientata all-innovazione, siamo alla ricerca di un Project Leader, a tempo indeterminato, che si occuperà della gestione end-to-end di progetti di sviluppo prodotto in un contesto multidisciplinare.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Gestire l-intero ciclo di vita dei progetti di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche, dei costi e delle tempistiche concordate.
  • Monitorare l-avanzamento delle attività e fornire aggiornamenti periodici al management, segnalando eventuali criticità o scostamenti rispetto agli obiettivi.
  • Coordinare e valutare fornitori, consulenti e partner interni ed esterni coinvolti nelle attività di sviluppo, assicurando elevati standard di qualità ed efficienza.
  • Organizzare e condurre riunioni di progetto, revisioni tecniche e workshop, mantenendo una documentazione completa e aggiornata durante tutte le fasi progettuali.
  • Collaborare con il Product Management nella raccolta e definizione dei requisiti di prodotto, nel rispetto degli standard e delle linee guida aziendali.
  • Gestire i rapporti con gli stakeholder e favorire la collaborazione tra le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei progetti.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi e delle procedure di gestione progetto.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica o Gestionale, oppure formazione tecnica equivalente con successivo percorso di specializzazione.
  • Esperienza di 2-4 anni nella gestione di progetti di sviluppo prodotto in contesti industriali multidisciplinari.
  • Buona conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti di Project Management, tra cui WBS, pianificazione di progetto, gestione del rischio, DFMEA e PFMEA.
  • Buona padronanza di MS Project, SAP e del pacchetto Microsoft Office.
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).
