e\-guma entwickelt seit 2005 digitale Lösungen für den Verkauf und die Verwaltung von Gutscheinen, Tickets, Produkten sowie Guthaben\- und Geschenkkarten. Heute nutzen über 1\`500 Kunden in 10 Ländern unser System. Was uns auszeichnet, ist die Verbindung von durchdachter Software und persönlichem Service. Wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, entwickeln e\-guma kontinuierlich weiter und setzen dabei auf einfache Prozesse und hohe Qualität. Bei uns arbeiten Hoteliers, Gastronomen, Touristiker, Marketingfachleute und Softwareentwickler Hand in Hand. Für unser Customer Care Team suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Project Manager.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Project Manager begleitest du unsere Neukunden von der ersten Projektbesprechung bis zum erfolgreichen Go\-Live. Während des gesamten Onboardings bist du ihre zentrale Ansprechperson.
  • Du planst und koordinierst die Einführung von e\-guma und berätst unsere Kunden zu Gutscheinen, Tickets, Produkten und weiteren digitalen Verkaufslösungen.
  • Du klärst Anforderungen, konfigurierst die passenden Systeme und koordinierst Schnittstellen mit unserem Entwicklungsteam sowie die Aufschaltung von Online\-Zahlungsmitteln mit den beteiligten Partnern.
  • Du richtest die verschiedenen e\-guma Systeme, Onlineshops und Zusatzlösungen ein, gestaltest Gutscheine und weitere Inhalte und achtest auf Corporate Design und Benutzerfreundlichkeit.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung effizienter Verkaufs\- und Verwaltungsprozesse und bereitest die Einführung vor Ort so vor, dass e\-guma reibungslos in den Arbeitsalltag integriert werden kann.
  • Du schulst Neukunden im Umgang mit e\-guma – remote oder vor Ort – und unterstützt sie auch nach dem Go\-Live im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei Marketingmassnahmen und verkaufsfördernden Aktivitäten und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Angebote wirkungsvoll zu präsentieren und zu vermarkten.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von e\-guma und unseren Prozessen ein.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, bspw. im Bereich Tourismus, Hotellerie, Marketing oder im kaufmännischen Bereich.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse; ösisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Kundenprojekte gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie eine klare, freundliche und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hohen Mass an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Interesse an digitalen Produkten, technischen Zusammenhängen und individuellen Kundenlösungen.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und Freude an der Konfiguration von Systemen.
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und Kunden kompetent zu schulen.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Gestaltung, Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Corporate Design; Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite sind von Vorteil.
  • Freude an der teamübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.

In deiner arbeitest du mit Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen zusammen – von Hotellerie und Gastronomie über Bergbahnen, Bahn\- und Schifffahrtsunternehmen bis hin zu Freizeit\- und Erlebnisbetrieben, Eventveranstaltern, Detailhändlern und Organisationen.
