Ihre Aufgaben * Leiten anspruchsvoller ICT\-Projekte end\-to\-end mit Verantwortung für Scope, Termine, Budget, Qualität, Risiken und den vereinbarten Nutzen * Steuern von Projektteams und technischen Leads, Koordinieren von Abhängigkeiten und rechtzeitiges Herbeiführen notwendiger Entscheide * Sicherstellen von Quality Gates, Tests, Abnahmen und der geordneten Übergabe in den Betrieb * Gewährleisten eines sauberen Projektabschlusses und einer transparenten Übergabe * Klären von Projektzielen und Überführen in eine realistische Roadmap, klare Arbeitspakete und verbindliche Verantwortlichkeiten Ihr Profil * Du verfügst idealerweise über eine höhere Ausbildung in der Informatik\-/Betriebswirtschaft, sowie min. 4 Jahre Erfahrung als IT\-Projektleiter:in * Du beherrschst idealerweise eine oder mehrere der gängigen Projektmanagement\-Methoden * Du bist eine aufgeräumte, neugierige und selbständige Person, mit einer offenen und kommunikativen und kannst stufengerecht auf alle Projektbeteiligten eingehen * Du bringst eine hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung mit und zeichnest dich durch starke Sozialkompetenz aus * Du kommunizierst fliessend in Deutsch, hast gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, idealerweise auch ösisch Ihre Chance * Du arbeitest in einem motivierten und kompetenten Team, an der Spitze der Digitalisierung des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft * Freiraum, deine Projekte nach deinen Ideen zu leiten und voranzubringen * Dein Arbeitsgebiet ist abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll * Du profitierst von flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten sowie attraktiven Weiterbildungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten * Du hast mindestens 5 Wochen Ferien Details zu dieser Stelle * Stellenantritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung * Arbeitsort Raum Aargau * Unbefristetes Anstellungsverhältnis * Vollzeit\- oder Teilzeitstelle 80\-100%
