The posting

You lead and manage converter system engineering projects from tender phase through completion, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality requirements.

## Tasks - Lead planning, execution and delivery of engineering projects within timelines and budgets - Lead technical solution development during sales and tender phase - Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with stakeholders - Coordinate internal teams and external partners for smooth execution - Track project milestones, timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools - Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation measures - Lead and coach project team members to foster high performance

## Profile - Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution within an engineering environment - Experience with power systems and converter systems is a plus - Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects - PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage - Fluency in English required, German is a plus

## Offer - 80-100% workload - 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
