Übernehmen Sie eine verantwortungsvolle und praxisorientierte Projektmanagementrolle in einem anspruchsvollen industriellen Umfeld. Sie begleiten die Umsetzung technischer Brandschutzsysteme im Rahmen grösserer Investitionsprojekte und arbeiten eng mit Engineering\-Teams, externen Partnern und Auftragnehmern zusammen, um eine sichere, regelkonforme und erfolgreiche Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Requirements

  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Brandschutzkonzepten für Investitionsprojekte.
  • Koordination mit Architekten, Engineering\-Partnern, Brandschutzexperten, Auftragnehmern und internen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Technische Betreuung von Brandschutzanlagen, einschliesslich Sprinkler\-, Sprühflut\- und Trockenlöschanlagen sowie Löschwassernetzen und Löschwasserrückhaltesystemen.
  • Steuerung externer Auftragnehmer und Lieferanten unter Einhaltung von Terminen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Teilnahme an 3D\-Design\-Reviews sowie Abstimmung technischer Lösungen mit den beteiligten Engineering\-Teams.
  • Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen, Funktionsprüfungen, integrierten Systemtests und technischen Abnahmen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Brandschutzvorschriften, Normen und Sicherheitsanforderungen.
  • Prüfung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Koordination der Übergabe fertiggestellter Anlagen an den Betrieb.
  • Unterstützung weiterer Engineering\-Aktivitäten innerhalb des CAPEX\-Teams nach Bedarf.

Competences

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Rund 5–10 Jahre Erfahrung im Engineering oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Pharma\-, Biotechnologie\-, Chemie\- oder Industriebranche.
  • Fundierte technische Erfahrung im Bereich Brandschutzanlagen sowie Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften und Normen, insbesondere VKF und SES.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Beurteilung von Brandrisiken und der Auswahl geeigneter Löschtechnologien.
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Auftragnehmern, Engineering\-Partnern und interdisziplinären Projektteams.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Inbetriebnahmen, Funktionsprüfungen und technischen Abnahmen.
  • Kenntnisse in GMP\-regulierten Umgebungen oder Reinräumen sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine VKF\-Zertifizierung, insbesondere als Fachperson für Wasserlöschanlagen VKF, ist ein grosser Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, ösischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
