The posting

You will lead complex international GIS and substation projects from handover through engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and delivery.

## Tasks - Lead complex international projects through the entire lifecycle, from handover to delivery - Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards - Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain and service - Identify risks, opportunities and improvement initiatives and guide the team through change - Manage commercial aspects including contracts, claims, forecasting and financial performance - Support continuous improvement and mentoring within the organization

## Profile - Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related field - Several years of experience driving complex international projects in a global industrial environment - Experience within GIS, substations, power transmission or energy infrastructure is valued - Business and financial acumen managing budgets, schedules, risks and contracts - Ability to lead cross-functional teams in multicultural project environments - Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent) is an advantage but not essential - Fluent in English

## Offer - 80-100% workload - 3-6 months interim, then a permanent position
