Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Leitung strategisch relevanter und bereichsübergreifender Projekte von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Aktive Entwicklung von Projektmanagement\-Standards, Methoden und Prozessen im Bereich
  • Aufbau und Auswertung von Projektkennzahlen, Dashboards und Reportings zur Steuerung von Fortschritt, Kosten und Qualität
  • Strukturierung von Projektzielen, Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen, Ressourcen und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer und internationaler Projektteams
  • Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen Fachbereichen, Management und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Vorbereitung und Moderation von Projekt\-, Entscheidungs\- und Steering\-Meetings
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken, Zielkonflikten und Handlungsbedarf sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Sicherstellung transparenter Entscheidungsgrundlagen und eines adressatengerechten Reportings
  • Unterstützung des Head of Product Management und der Projektteams

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Weiterbildung (z B. NDS, HF) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder CAS Project Portfolio Management, Business Analysis oder vergleichbar
  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (IPMA, PMI oder HERMES) von Vorteil
  • Gute Erfahrung im Stakeholder\-Management und in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement\-Tools (z.B. ASANA, Salesforce, MS Project)
  • Deutsch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1\)
  • Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B2, idealerweise C1\)
  • 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität; Erfahrung im Erstellen von Business Cases sowie im Arbeiten mit Dashboards, KPI\-Auswertungen und Datenanalysen
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern über alle Hierarchiestufen und Kulturen hinweg
  • Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung zu führen und zu motivieren
  • Hohe Teamorientierung, verbindliche und transparente Kommunikation
