Möchtest du Transformation nicht nur begleiten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten? Reizt es dich, strategische Programme zu koordinieren, Entscheide vorzubereiten und eng mit Führungskräften sowie verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammenzuarbeiten?

 

In dieser Rolle bist du Teil des Geschäftsbereichs Life im Bereich Strategy & Transformation bei Zurich Schweiz. Du unterstützt das Life Transformation Team bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Transformation Management sowie weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen und trägst dazu bei, Transparenz zu schaffen und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung zentraler Transformationsvorhaben sicherzustellen.

 

 

Das erwartet dich

 

  • Du koordinierst zentrale Aktivitäten innerhalb von Transformationsprogrammen, planst und verfolgst Arbeitspakete, Meilensteine, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten und sorgst für eine transparente Berichterstattung.
  • Du bereitest Entscheidungen vor, erstellst Management-Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Statusberichte und gehst aktiv in den Dialog mit Entscheidungsträgern.
  • Du unterstützt das Senior Management bei der pragmatischen, strukturierten und effizienten Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen und arbeitest dafür eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du analysierst Massnahmen und Action Pläne im Zusammenhang mit Operational Events, begleitest Follow-up-Schritte und wirkst bei der Erstellung regulatorischer Unterlagen und Kommunikation mit.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in Prozessen, Workflows und Kontrollen und setzt Vereinfachungen sowie Automatisierungen - etwa mit AI-Tools und digitalen Lösungen - um; zudem organisierst du Workshops und Programm-Meetings inklusive professioneller Vor- und Nachbereitung.

 

 

Das zeichnet dich aus

 

  • Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt-, Programm- oder Transformationsumfeld, idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit AI-Tools und digitalen Lösungen zur Vereinfachung von Arbeitsabläufen und Steigerung der Qualität
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der adressatengerechten Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Reportings und Entscheidungsunterlagen sowie stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
