  • Projekt\-Governance und Transparenz: Sie stellen eine klare und verbindliche Projekt\-Governance sicher, definieren einheitliche Methoden, Rollen und Standards und schaffen mit transparenter Planung, Steuerung und Berichterstattung eine verlässliche Grundlage für fundierte Entscheidungen.
  • Projektumsetzung und Projektkultur: Sie verantworten die termin\- und kostengerechte Umsetzung von Projekten, steuern Ressourcen, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten aktiv und fördern eine professionelle Projektkultur.
  • Change\- und Stakeholdermanagement: Sie begleiten organisatorische und prozessuale Veränderungen professionell, stellen ein wirksames Change\- und Stakeholdermanagement sicher und fördern die Akzeptanz und nachhaltige Umsetzung von Veränderungen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Sie erheben, dokumentieren und analysieren Prozesse systematisch und optimieren diese kontinuierlich, sodass sie nachvollziehbar, effizient und auf die strategischen und operativen Anforderungen ausgerichtet sind.

Ihr Profil: -----------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projekt\- oder Projektportfoliomanagement, idealerweise in einem professionellen Dienstleistungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement\-Methoden (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES oder agile Ansätze); eine entsprechende Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Change\- und Stakeholdermanagement sowie in der Prozessanalyse und \-optimierung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen auf allen Hierarchiestufen
  • Teamorientierte, proaktive Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
