The posting

Die neu geschaffene Abteilung Stab ist für die Koordination und Abwicklung der zentralen Stabsaufgaben der Finanzverwaltung zuständig. Der Projektleiter der Finanzverwaltung verantwortet die internen Projekte bislang allein. Zu seiner Unterstützung sowie zur Verstärkung der Abteilung Stab suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene und engagierte Projektassistenz.

Aufgaben ##

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Administration von hauptsächlich IT-Projekten (SAP) sowie bei der Überwachung von Terminen, Meilensteinen und Pendenzen.
  • Koordination sowie Organisation und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen, Workshops und Informationsveranstaltungen.
  • Mitarbeit beim Projektcontrolling und bei der Statusberichterstattung.
  • Durchführung von Analysen und Recherchen sowie Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Projektdokumentationen.
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung Stab Mitarbeit bei weiteren Stabsaufgaben und Projekten.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse, Projektmethode HERMES, Microsoft 365; Erfahrung im Projektmanagement primär von IT-Projekten (SAP) von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Projektalltag und an administrativen Aufgaben sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Dienstleistungsorientierung und stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
