Die Righetti Partner Group AG begleitet Bauprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe. Wir denken Bauvorhaben als Gesamtsystem, arbeiten ziel\- und prozessorientiert, digital und auf Augenhöhe. Unsere Spezialgebiete sind Bauherrenunterstützung, Prozessoptimierung, Baumanagement und Bauökonomie.

Deine Rolle

Im Projektsupport bist du im Backoffice der administrative Anker unserer Bauprojekte. Du sorgst dafür, dass Informationen verfügbar sind, Abläufe funktionieren und Projekte strukturiert geführt werden können. Wenn du Freude daran hast, Strukturen zu pflegen, Prozesse zuverlässig zu begleiten und wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten mit Sorgfalt auszuführen, bist du bei uns richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Projektteams in der Bauadministration und Projektorganisation
  • Mitarbeit bei Submissionen, Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Werkverträgen
  • Einholen, Aufbereiten und Vergleichen von Unternehmerofferten
  • Pflege von Kosten\-, Termin\- und Projektdaten
  • Unterstützung bei Kostenkontrollen, Rechnungsprüfung und Baubuchhaltung
  • Organisation von Sitzungen, Protokollführung und Pendenzenmanagement
  • Nachführen von Projektunterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Koordination mit Bauherrschaften, Planenden und Unternehmern

Was du mitbringst

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bau\-, Architektur\- oder Immobilienumfeld
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Du erkennst Prioritäten und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Freude an Zahlen, Organisation und administrativen Aufgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Word und Outlook
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an Bauprojekten und deren Abläufen
  • Messerli\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude neue digitale Programme zu lernen
