DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Beschaffungsaktivitäten im Projekt, inklusive operativer Abwicklung sämtlicher Beschaffungsvorgänge von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung sowie Budgeteinhaltung, Projektmonitoring, Controlling, Audits und Reporting
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotsvergleichen und Verhandlungen sowie proaktivem Lieferantenmanagement bei Abweichungen
  • Verantwortung für Stammdatenmanagement inklusive strukturierter Pflege und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität als Grundlage für stabile und effiziente Prozesse
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Einkauf, Technik, Produktion, Logistik und Projektleitung zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe und eines reibungslosen Materialflusses
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Beschaffungs- und Schnittstellenprozessen mit Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung und Transparenz
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen im Beschaffungsprozess

DEINE BERUFLICHEN ERFAHRUNGEN

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung (z. B. Betriebswirtschafter HF, Technischer Kaufmann / Einkaufsfachmann mit eidg. FA) oder Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beschaffung in einem internationalen, technisch geprägten Projektumfeld-- idealerweise in der Elektrotechnik, Signaltechnik oder der Schienenfahrzeugindustrie
  • Praxis in interdisziplinärem Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung
  • Nachweisbare Verhandlungserfolge kombiniert mit ausgeprägter analytischer Denkweise und lösungsorientierter Vorgehensweise
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP S/4HANA
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Proaktive „Hands-on"-Mentalität mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Umsetzungsstärke und einem klaren Fokus auf Ergebnisse
