Projektleiter / AVOR (m/w/d) 80–100 % – Metallbau \& Blechbearbeitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein modernes und etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Metallbau und industrielle Blechbearbeitung, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter / AVOR (m/w/d) 80–100 %.

Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige technische und organisatorische Betreuung von Kundenprojekten
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der Projekte von der Anfrage bis zur Auslieferung
  • Technische Umsetzung von Blech\- und Schweisskonstruktionen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von 2D\- und 3D\-CAD\-Zeichnungen
  • Erarbeitung von Blechabwicklungen und Abkantdaten
  • Erstellung von Stücklisten, Arbeitspapieren und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • NC\-Programmierung für Laser\-, Stanz\- und CNC\-Biegemaschinen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Einkauf, AVOR und Produktion
  • Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen, Offerten und technischen Abklärungen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Projektabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Anlagen\- und Apparatebauer EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Blechbearbeitung, Metallverarbeitung oder industriellen Fertigung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit 2D\- und 3D\-CAD\-Programmen
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Kenntnisse in der CNC\-Programmierung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
