  • du hast Kosten und Qualität im Griff: du definierst Kostenziele, erstellst Baubeschriebe und Kosten und steuerst Optimierungen konsequent
  • du begleitest Projekte bis zur Realisierung: vom Entwicklungsentscheid über Planung und Bau bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und einwandfreiem Betrieb
  • Bei Stockwerkeigentumsprojekten verantwortest du gemeinsam mit externen Partnern den Verkaufsprozess und sicherst den Ertrag

Was du dafür mitbringst

Wir suchen nicht einfach einen bestimmten Lebenslauf. Entscheidend ist, dass du Immobilien verstehst, Verantwortung übernehmen willst und Projekte unternehmerisch zum Erfolg führen kannst. Dazu bringst du idealerweise mit:

  • eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Immobilien, Bau oder Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
  • Erfahrung in Projektentwicklung, Projektleitung, Baumanagement oder Bauherrenvertretung
  • unternehmerisches Denken und ein gutes Gespür für Kosten, Qualität und Markt Kenntnisse des Schweizer Immobilienmarkts, insbesondere im Raum Zürich und Ostschweiz
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Bewilligungsverfahren sowie Planer-, Werk- und Immobilienverträgen
  • ein überzeugendes und integres Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen gegenüber Behörden, Partnern und Unternehmern
  • eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude an klarer Kommunikation
  • Bereitschaft, für deine Projekte im Raum Zürich und Ostschweiz unterwegs zu sein
