Chef de projet acoustique et physique du bâtiment (h/f/d) 60 - 100%

Pour notre client, une entreprise suisse établie avec environ 400 collaborateurs, nous recherchons une personne engagée en tant que chef de projet acoustique et physique du bâtiment dans le secteur Bâtiment durable.

L-entreprise est active depuis plus de 40 ans dans divers domaines liés à la conseil, planification et construction et développe des solutions durables et tournées vers l-avenir pour l-habitat. Un environnement interdisciplinaire avec des projets exigeants, beaucoup d-autonomie et de la place pour développer activement ton domaine d-expertise t-attend.

Tes tâches ####

  • Gestion autonome de projets exigeants en physique du bâtiment et acoustique pour des constructions neuves et des rénovations avec responsabilité de la qualité, des délais et de la rentabilité
  • Conseil aux maîtres d-ouvrage et aux équipes de projet sur la protection thermique, protection contre l-humidité, isolation acoustique et acoustique des espaces
  • Réalisation de preuves physiques du bâtiment, calculs et rapports techniques
  • Développement de solutions économiques, pratiques et durables en collaboration avec des bureaux d-architecture et de planification
  • Échange direct avec les clients ainsi qu-avec les partenaires de projet interdisciplinaires
  • Participation à l-acquisition de nouveaux projets et au développement des relations clients
  • Développement de l-offre de services et apport d-idées personnelles dans le domaine de la physique du bâtiment et de l-acoustique

Ton profil ####

  • Diplôme en génie civil, génie de l-environnement, physique ou formation équivalente
  • Formation complémentaire en physique du bâtiment, technique environnementale, acoustique ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en physique du bâtiment et/ou acoustique
  • Expérience dans la gestion autonome et la direction de projets de construction et de planification
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Goût pour le contact client, le conseil, l-acquisition et la collaboration interdisciplinaire
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, initiative personnelle et maîtrise parfaite de l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit ; autres langues un atout
