In deinem übernimmst du Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen, abwechslungsreichen Projekten \- und gestaltest unsere Prozesse aktiv mit.

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Monitoring und Analyse von Energiemessdaten: Du sorgst für Transparenz und Qualität.
  • Entwicklung von Medientarifen und Erstellung von Nebenkostenabrechnungen \- mit einem echten Blick für Details.
  • Durchführung von HLKSE\-Analysen zur Aufdeckung von Einspar\- und Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Betreuen und beraten unserer Kund:innen von der ersten Analyse bis zur Umsetzung: Du findest Lösungen, begleitest durch den Prozess und arbeitest zuverlässig mit FM\-Providern und der Immobilienbewirtschaftung zusammen.
  • Projektmanagement: Du planst, koordinierst und verantwortest deine Projekte \- technisch, organisatorisch und finanziell.
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsprozesse und Visualisierung von Energiedaten: Du bringst frische Ideen und setzt sie in die Praxis um.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium FH oder Techniker:in HF/TS im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Energie\- oder Elektrotechnik
  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in (idealerweise im Facility\-/Gebäudetechnik\-Bereich)
  • Organisationstalent, eine kreative Persönlichkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Affinität zu IT\-Systemen, Lust auf die Arbeit mit digitalen Tools
  • Zahlenflair und analytische Stärke
  • Know\-how in HLKSE, Energie\- und Gebäudetechnik
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Skills und Routine im Umgang mit moderner Software
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung in Liegenschaften\-Buchhaltung und Nebenkostenabrechnung
  • Teamspirit: Du bist offen, kommunikativ und freust dich auf den Austausch mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen.
