Du möchtest eigene Projekte selbstständig voranbringen und sehen, wie Deine Planung umgesetzt wird? Du verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und bist ebenso gerne an der Anlage wie am Planungstisch? Dann möchten wir Dich kennenlernen.

Plan plant Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\- und Kälteanlagen im Raum Basel. Unsere Projekte führen uns in Pharmaanlagen, Spitäler und technische Grossanlagen. Wir modernisieren bestehende Anlagen und entwickeln praktikable Lösungen – häufig bei laufendem Betrieb. Dabei arbeiten wir mit langjährigen, wiederkehrenden Kunden zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich nach Vereinbarung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du wickelst eigene HLK\-Projekte selbstständig ab – von der Bestandsaufnahme über die Planung und Ausschreibung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme.
  • Du nimmst bestehende Anlagen vor Ort auf, klärst ihre Funktion und erkennst technische Zusammenhänge sowie offene Fragen.
  • Du erarbeitest technische Lösungen, Kostenschätzungen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachspezialisten.
  • Du übernimmst die Fachbauleitung, koordinierst Unternehmer und begleitest die Umsetzung auf der Baustelle.
  • Du betreust Deine Kunden und stimmst Dich mit Bauherrschaften, Fachplanern und Unternehmern ab.
  • Du behältst Qualität, Termine und Kosten im Blick und stellst sicher, dass vereinbarte Leistungen rechtzeitig vorliegen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Heizungs\-, Lüftungs\- oder Kälteplanung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung in einem HLK\-Planungsbüro und in der selbstständigen Abwicklung von Projekten.
  • Technisches Verständnis für bestehende Anlagen sowie Sicherheit im Lesen und Beurteilen von Plänen und Schemas.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Bestandsaufnahmen, Umbauten und Fachbauleitung.
  • Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Du klärst offene Punkte, hältst Abmachungen ein und bleibst an Deinen Aufgaben dran.
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Gespräche, technische Unterlagen und die Projektdokumentation.
  • Offenheit für digitale Planungs\- und Organisationswerkzeuge.

Erfahrung mit Pharmaanlagen, Spitälern oder Umbauten bei laufendem Betrieb ist willkommen.
