Wer wir sind

Ramseyer und Dilger ist ein inhabergeführtes Familienunternehmen aus der Region Bern im Bereich Sanitär\-, Heizungs\-, Spengler\- und Dachtechnik. Wir beschäftigen über 100 Mitarbeitende, darunter rund 20 Lernende in 8 Berufen. Seit der Gründung 1894 gilt bei Ramseyer und Dilger der Grundsatz: «Nur wer seine Arbeit liebt, macht sie auch gut.» Deshalb engagieren wir uns für motivierte Mitarbeitende und eine starke Bildung. Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Technische und finanzielle Projekt\-Verantwortung
  • Planung, Koordination und Ausführung der Projekte; von der Vorbereitung bis zur Abnahme inkl. Qualitätssicherung und Nachkalkulation
  • Optimaler Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden, Führung und Motivation des Teams innerhalb der Bauprojekte
  • Kontakt zu Architektinnen und Architekten, Privatkundschaft, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Mit deiner Fachkompetenz, deiner Kreativität und deinem fairen Umgang trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Projekte sauber, effizient und im Sinne unseres Leitbildes umgesetzt werden.

Was wir erwarten

  • Ausbildung als Spengler EFZ mit abgeschlossener oder angehender Weiterbildung als Spenglerpolier und/oder Spenglermeister und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Projektleitung
  • Belastbare Persönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einem planenden oder ausführenden Betrieb
  • Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, denkst mit und entwickelst deine Projekte aktiv weiter.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist ein Teamplayer und Dein Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeitenden und Kunden ist sicher und kompetent.
