Aufgaben ##

Eigenständige Abwicklung von Projekten im Stahl-, Metall- und Fassadenbau

Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine, Kosten und konstruktive Umsetzung

Koordination und Abstimmung mit Planung, Produktion, Montage, Lieferanten und Kunden

Erkennen von Optimierungs- und Einsparpotenzialen innerhalb der Projekte

Entwicklung pragmatischer und wirtschaftlicher Lösungsansätze

Sicherstellung einer effizienten, nachhaltigen und kundenorientierten Projektabwicklung

Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe und Projektprozesse

Qualifikation ##

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Metallbau

Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil, auch Berufseinsteiger:innen mit Entwicklungspotenzial sind willkommen

Technisches Verständnis und Freude an anspruchsvollen Konstruktionen

Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

Strukturierte, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Bereitschaft, mit den Aufgaben zu wachsen

Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit klarer Kommunikation und Freude an Zusammenarbeit
