Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter/in Stahlbau. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für grössere Montagearbeiten und unterstützt dein Team bei der fachgerechten Umsetzung. Dich erwarten vielseitige Projekte, selbstständiges Arbeiten und gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Begleitung von Montagearbeiten im Rohrleitungs- und Anlagenbau
  • Fachliche Führung der eingesetzten Monteurinnen und Monteure
  • Fertigung und Montage von Rohrleitungen aus Stahl und Edelstahl
  • Ausführung von WIG-Schweissarbeiten inklusive Vorbereitung und Druckprüfung
  • Überwachung von Arbeitsfortschritt, Qualität, Terminen und Sicherheit
  • Abstimmung mit Planung, Kundschaft und weiteren Projektbeteiligten

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rohrschlosser/in, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in, Schweisser/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Rohrleitungs- oder Anlagenbau
  • Gute Kenntnisse im WIG-Schweissen und in der Bearbeitung von Stahl- und Edelstahlleitungen
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation von Montagearbeiten und in der fachlichen Teamführung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und kostenbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie klare und respektvolle Kommunikation
  • Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
