Projektleiter:in Unternehmensentwicklung 80 - 100% ###

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion unterstützen Sie die Spitalleitung bei der Steuerung des spitalweiten Projektportfolios, leiten eigenständig strategische Projekte und begleiten organisationale Veränderungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit der Direktion und den verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Ihre Herausforderung ##

  • Leitung strategischer Projekte: Eigenständige Planung und Steuerung strategischer Projekte, insbesondere zur Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsangebots und bei Infrastrukturvorhaben. Sie verantworten Projektziele, Meilensteine, Risiken und die erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
  • Projektsteuerung & Veränderungsmanagement: Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams und Stakeholder, Überwachung von Terminen und Projektzielen sowie Begleitung organisationaler Veränderungsprozesse.
  • Projektportfolio & Methodik: Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung des spitalweiten Projektportfolios, Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards sowie Durchführung von Projektreviews und Lessons-Learned-Workshops.
  • Prozessanalyse & Anforderungen: Analyse von Prozessen, Erhebung von Anforderungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in enger Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Gesundheitsmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von Projekten, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden wie HERMES oder PRINCE2 und/oder in agilen Ansätzen
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen und in der Organisationsentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Flair für Details
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie diplomatisches Geschick und Humor
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens von Vorteil
