Projektleiter Operations\- und Standortentwickler VERWO CZ (m/w/d) 100% ========================================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufbau von Wissen über unsere Produkte, Kunden, Prozesse und Unternehmenskultur am Hauptstandort in Reichenburg
  • Regelmässige Zusammenarbeit mit Fach\- und Führungskräften in der Schweiz und in Tschechien sowie Aufbau eines bereichsübergreifenden Netzwerks
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung in Tschechien bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung in Tschechien bei der Produktionsplanung, Ressourcensteuerung und Kapazitätsentwicklung am Standort Tschechien
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Analyse von Produktions\- und Geschäftsprozessen und Leitung von Optimierungs\- und Entwicklungsprojekten mit Fokus auf Produktivität, Qualität und Liefertreue am Standort Tschechien
  • Schrittweise Übernahme von zusätzlicher Verantwortung im Rahmen deiner persönlichen Entwicklung

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Poly\- oder Produktionsmechaniker oder in einem verwandten Beruf in der MEM\-Industrie
  • Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH, Bachelor oder Master mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Produktionstechnik)
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen
  • Erste Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität, hohe Präsenz in der Produktion sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft zwischen Schweiz und Tschechien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
