Ihre Aufgabe ##

Du übernimmst die technische und organisatorische Führung deiner Projekte und sorgst dafür, dass aus Anforderungen funktionierende Lösungen werden.

Dabei erwartet dich unter anderem:

Du führst Kundenprojekte von der ersten Anforderung über die technische Konzeption bis zur Serienreife.

Du klärst technische Anforderungen, entwickelst Spezifikationen und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen.

Du beurteilst unterschiedliche technische Lösungen, Materialien, Prozesse und Fertigungsmöglichkeiten.

Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams aus Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Einkauf und weiteren technischen Bereichen.

Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei technischen Fragen, Design Reviews, Machbarkeitsabklärungen und Projektentscheidungen.

Du behältst Termine, Kosten, Qualität und Projektrisiken im Blick und leitest bei Bedarf gezielte Massnahmen ein.

Du sorgst dafür, dass Projekte sauber an die Produktion und den After Sales übergeben werden.

Ihr Profil ##

Du hast einen technischen Hintergrund und bereits Erfahrung darin gesammelt, komplexe Projekte zu steuern.

Idealerweise verfügst du über:

Eine höhere technische Ausbildung HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, beispielsweise in Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder Produktionstechnik

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung, im Project Management, Process Management oder einer ähnlichen Funktion

Gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen, Industrialisierung oder technischen Entwicklungsprojekten

Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln

Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick zu behalten

Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Bereitschaft, Entscheidungen aktiv voranzutreiben

Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
