Projektleiterin / Projektleiter Hochbau \& Liegenschaften 80 \- 100 % Cham (ZG) ist eine attraktive Gemeinde mit rund 18’500 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern und einer modernen, dienstleistungsorientierten Verwaltung. In den kommenden Jahren stehen vielfältige und anspruchsvolle Projekte im Schul\-, Verwaltungs\- und Infrastrukturbau an. Gleichzeitig gewinnen Themen wie Energieeffizienz, nachhaltige Gebäudetechnik und die Entwicklung eines zukunftsfähigen kommunalen Gebäudeparks zunehmend an Bedeutung. Zur aktiven Mitgestaltung dieser spannenden Herausforderungen suchen wir für den Bereich Hochbau und Liegenschaften der Abteilung Planung und Hochbau ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiterin / Projektleiter Hochbau und Liegenschaften mit Flair für Energie und Gebäudetechnik (80 \- 100 %) Projektleiterin / Projektleiter Hochbau \& Liegenschaften 80 \- 100 % Deine Aufgaben Selbstständige Projektentwicklung und Umsetzung von wirtschaftlichen und architektonisch überzeugenden Bauprojekten, die die Aspekte Betrieb und Unterhalt der Gebäudetechnik, Energieeffizienz sowie Nachhaltigkeit optimal miteinander verbinden.
