Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Projektleitung Farbdesign (m/w/d \\\| 100%) Ihre Aufgaben \* Akquise und Entwicklung neuer Projekte im Bereich Farbdesign, Materialität und Signaletik \* Entwicklung evidenzbasierter Farb\\- und Materialkonzepte für Dienstleistungs\\- und Forschungsprojekte \* Entwicklung von Orientierungs\\-, Signaletik\\- und Leitsystemkonzepten \* Erarbeitung von Nutzungs\\-, Raum\\- und Möblierungskonzepten \* Beratung zu Beleuchtungskonzepten sowie zum Zusammenspiel von Licht, Farbe, Material und räumlicher Wirkung \* Erstellung von 2D\\-/3D\\-Visualisierungen und Präsentationsunterlagen \* Leitung und Koordination von Projekten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen, Projektpartner:innen und internen Fachbereichen \* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung, Werkstatt und Materialkollektion an der Schnittstelle von Designentwicklung, Modellbau und Materialisierung \* Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops zu gestalterischen Methoden, evidenzbasiertem Farbdesign und Ideation \* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Angeboten und Dienstleistungen Ihr Profil \* Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise im Farbdesign oder einem verwandten gestalterischen Fachgebiet \* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Farbgestaltung, räumlicher Gestaltung, Materialität oder Signaletik sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten \* Fundiertes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel von Farbe, Licht, Material und Raum sowie Interesse an evidenzbasierten Design \* Gute Kenntnisse in 2D\\-/3D\\-Visualisierung sowie im Umgang mit gängigen Gestaltungs\\-, CAD\\- und Präsentationstools \* Sicheres Auftreten im Kundenkontakt sowie Freude an Beratung, Präsentation, Workshopmoderation und Akquise \* Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter gestalterischer und konzeptioneller Kompetenz \* Sehr gute Deutsch\\- und Französischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit CRM\\-Systemen, Microsoft 365 und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln werden vorausgesetzt.
