Projektleitung Gesamtrevision Lohnsystem Kanton Thurgau (befristet) ===================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Controlling des Projekts über alle Arbeitspakete (Analyse, Zielmodell, Funktionsarchitektur, Einweisungspraxis, rechtliche Grundlagen, Vernehmlassung, Umsetzung, Evaluation)
  • Führung und Koordination der Teilprojektleitungen sowie der beteiligten Fachpersonen und externen Partnern
  • Aufbau und Umsetzung eines Kommunikations\- und Change\-Management\-Konzepts für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und weitere Anspruchsgruppen
  • Sicherstellung der Entscheidungsgrundlagen zuhanden Regierungsrat nach Abschluss der einzelnen Arbeitspakete
  • Verantwortung für Termin\-, Budget\- und Qualitätssteuerung (Kostendach je Arbeitspaket)
  • Schnittstelle zu weiteren Ämtern, Sozialpartnern sowie politischen Gremien
  • Sicherstellung der Rechtskonformität und Governance

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer, politisch sensibler Projekte im Bereich Lohn\-/Personalsysteme oder öffentliche Verwaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Change\-Management sowie in Besoldungssystemen und Funktionsbewertungen
  • Abgeschlossene Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Recht oder Human Resources oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und Gremien
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
