Bei OFFROAD treffen kreative Kampagnenkonzepte, aussergewöhnliche Videoumsetzungen und ambitionierte Kunden aufeinander. Damit aus all diesen Ideen am Ende auch starke Projekte werden, brauchen wir jemanden, der den Überblick behält, organisiert und Dinge vorantreibt.

Wir suchen eine:n Projektmanager:in, der oder die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt, gerne mit Menschen arbeitet und auch dann den Überblick behält, wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig laufen.

DEIN JOB

Als Projektmanager:in bist du eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, Entscheidungsträgern, unserem Team und externen Partnern.

Du sorgst dafür, dass aus einem „Das wäre doch cool!“ am Ende ein „Ist umgesetzt!“ wird.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • ⁠ ⁠Betreuung und Koordination von Kundenprojekten
  • ⁠ ⁠Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden und deren Entscheidungsträger
  • ⁠ ⁠Planung und Koordination von Projekten, Meetings, Timings und Deadlines
  • ⁠ ⁠Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Kreation, Social Media, Produktion und weiteren Beteiligten
  • ⁠ ⁠Koordination von externen Partnern, Dienstleistern und Produktionen
  • ⁠ ⁠Erkennen von Problemen, bevor sie zu Problemen werden – und selbstständiges Finden von Lösungen

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Du musst nicht jedes Projektmanagement-Tool der Welt kennen. Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du organisiert bist, mitdenkst und Verantwortung übernimmst.

Du bringst idealerweise mit:

  • ⁠ ⁠Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer Agentur
  • ⁠ ⁠Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern
  • ⁠ ⁠Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ⁠ ⁠Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • ⁠ ⁠die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
  • ⁠ ⁠Eigeninitiative – du wartest nicht darauf, dass dir jemand sagt, was als Nächstes zu tun ist
  • ⁠ ⁠Interesse an Social Media, Content, Marken und digitalen Trends
  • ⁠ ⁠sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch mindestens B1
